Refund Policy

Returns We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items We accept returns on ready-made covers only. Custom orders — such as covers made to a non-standard size or personalized with our 10-character text embossment — are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return Please contact us at hello@slow-lines.com  or call us at +370 631 36 846 before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please send your approved returns to the following address: Semen Aleshchenko Slowlines Malūnų g. 6A, apt 7 Vilnius, 01200 Lithuania

Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged or Wrong Item Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@slow-lines.com  with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the separate item.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period) Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@slow-lines.com
