Shipping Policy

Order Cut-off Time & Business Days

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EET - Eastern European Time)

  • Operating Days: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Handling Time (Processing) Handling time is the number of business days we need to craft and prepare your order before it ships.

  • Ready-Made Covers: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Covers: Handcrafted specifically for you and take 5–7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Carriers All orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post with a trackable service. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated exactly at checkout based on your delivery location.

Transit Time (Delivery) Transit time is the estimated time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our workshop. Please note these are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed once the package is with the carrier:

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

(Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time)

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processing times, which may occasionally affect delivery estimates.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears stuck in transit, please contact us at hello@slow-lines.com  and we will do our best to help you locate it. Please note that international shipping occasionally experiences delays outside our control.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
