Description
A black trifold that turns glossy where you hold it
Ghost Wax Black wraps the notebook completely in this version — front, spine, and a flap folding back over the fore-edge. Nothing catches in a bag and the block stays shut until you open it.
The finish is a pale wax bloom over a deep black hide. Because a trifold puts leather in your hand on three sides, the bloom clears faster here than on a plain cover, and it clears in lines rather than patches: along the fold, down the flap edge, across the spine. Underneath is black with a polish to it, and the contrast against the still-frosted areas is sharp for the first several months.
Some covers arrive with scratches already in the wax. This is normal and it is not a fault. The marks are in the wax layer sitting on top; the leather under it is untouched. Press one with a thumb and it blends away.
Firm enough to protect a soft-covered planner through a year in a bag, and it holds several notebooks on the elastics at once.

Care
Natural leather changes with use
It may darken, soften, gain shine and develop small marks over time – this is part of its character.
To care for your cover, wipe it gently with a dry soft cloth. Avoid soaking, alcohol-based cleaners, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Let the leather age naturally, and use leather balm only when the surface feels dry.
Design
A clean, minimal cover designed for daily writing
Each cover uses a secure elastic system that lets you carry one notebook on the main elastic, with the option to add up to two extra slim notebooks using an additional elastic. This means one cover can hold up to three notebooks in total, depending on the thickness of your inserts.
The construction stays simple on purpose: clean lines, carefully finished edges and enough structure to protect your notebooks without making the cover feel bulky.
