A finished A6 cover in Buttero walnut brown — the mid-tone brown most people picture when they say leather notebook, dyed through and burnished at the edges.
Because it starts mid-tone, the first year reads as depth rather than transformation: the spine and the front corner go darker, the flat panels follow, and it never stops looking like the cover you bought.

This standard cover uses a modular elastic system and can carry two or three thin notebooks, depending on their thickness. The holes on this finished piece are fixed; for another layout, order a made-to-order cover.
The SLOWLINES logo on this cover is already stamped, so it stays as it is. If you choose a different foil for your text, the two will not match — message us first and we will tell you which finish this one carries.
Care
Natural leather changes with use
It may darken, soften, gain shine and develop small marks over time – this is part of its character.
To care for your cover, wipe it gently with a dry soft cloth. Avoid soaking, alcohol-based cleaners, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Let the leather age naturally, and use leather balm only when the surface feels dry.
Design
A clean, minimal cover designed for daily writing
Each cover uses a secure elastic system that lets you carry one notebook on the main elastic, with the option to add up to two extra slim notebooks using an additional elastic. This means one cover can hold up to three notebooks in total, depending on the thickness of your inserts.
The construction stays simple on purpose: clean lines, carefully finished edges and enough structure to protect your notebooks without making the cover feel bulky.
